1.1 Godbe Leather is a leatherworking business offering custom-made and pre-designed leather goods available for online purchase.
1.2 These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
1.3 By placing an order with us, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Orders

2.1 Custom Orders: All custom orders require detailed specifications provided by the customer. We reserve the right to approve or reject design requests based on feasibility.
2.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase for pre-designed items. Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment upfront as specified at checkout.
2.3 Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
2.4 Order Changes: Changes to custom orders may be allowed only if requested within 24 hours of order placement. Additional charges may apply for changes.
2.5 Cancellations: Orders for pre-designed items may be canceled within 24 hours. Custom orders cannot be canceled after the crafting process has begun.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Policy: We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
3.2 Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
3.3 Delivery Issues: Godbe Leather is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
3.4 Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Pre-Designed Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
4.2 Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they are non-refundable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
4.3 Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

5. Product Information

5.1 All products are handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of leather goods.
5.2 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images but cannot guarantee complete accuracy due to differences in screen displays and other factors.

6. Intellectual Property
